Day 4 – Saturday, June 15th 2019

The Victory 400 Grande Parade

The event grows to an even grander scale on June 15, 2019 with its second consecutive, nationally televised parade.

We anticipate over 3500 parade participants, Pennsylvania elected officials, Kings from Ghana, United States Veterans, Fraternities & Sororities, celebrities, musical floats, drumlines, drill teams and a diverse host of community cultural organizations. People will experience the beautiful culture and enduring spirit of the African American people.

The parade will step off at 10AM from 15th Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard to 2nd and Market streets, past the viewing stand between 5th and 6th streets toward the UnityFest at the Penn’s Landing waterfront.

Live from Penn’s Landing

The UnityFest will have international, national and local artists performing all genres of music.
